Browser Checklist

在尝试访问ACES和AlamoENROLL Go FAARR和Test Prep模块之前，应检查或完成以下项目. 需要使用计算机的管理员权限.

Support Browsers

在完成AlamoENROLL模块时，推荐使用最新版本的Google Chrome和Mozilla Firefox浏览器. 无论您选择哪种浏览器，我们都强烈建议您更新到最新版本.  

Flash Player

请确保已安装Flash 10或更高版本. To download Flash:

  • Go to www.adobe.com 
  • Go to Downloads and select Flash Player
  • 按照说明安装Flash Player

Disable Pop Blockers

Go FAARR和Test Prep模块被您使用的任何浏览器视为“弹出窗口”. 如果您在该浏览器中启用了弹出窗口阻止程序，则模块将无法打开. Make sure pop blockers are disabled.

  • On your computer, open Chrome.
  • 在右上方，单击3个点并选择设置.
  • At the bottom, click Advanced.
  • 在“隐私和安全”下，单击“内容设置”.
  • Click Popups.
  • 在顶部，将设置更改为允许.
如何禁用弹出窗口拦截器在FireFox
  • On your computer, open Firefox.
  • Click on the menu button.
  • Click on Options.
  • Select the Privacy & Security panel.
  • Under the Permissions section, 取消选中“阻止弹出窗口”窗口旁边的框以禁用弹出窗口阻止程序.
如何在Internet Explorer 11中禁用弹出窗口阻止程序
  • 在计算机上，打开Internet Explorer 11.
  • Select the Tools button.
  • Select Internet options.
  • On the Privacy tab, under Pop-up Blocker, 选择或清除“打开弹出窗口阻止程序”复选框, and then select OK
How to disable pop-up blocker in Safari
  • On your computer, open Safari.
  • Click the menu button.
  • 当下拉菜单出现时，选择Preferences.
  • Click the Security tab.
  • 在“Web Content”部分中，选中“Block弹出窗口”选项旁边的复选框.

第三方工具栏，如谷歌工具栏或雅虎工具栏也包含弹出窗口拦截程序，需要卸载或禁用. 工具栏通常出现在浏览器窗口的顶部.

Trusted Sites in Internet Explorer

如果Internet Explorer中的安全级别设置为高，则可能需要降低安全级别，并可能需要向受信任的站点添加ACES.  

如何在ie浏览器中降低安全级别并添加可信站点

  1. 在ie浏览器中，进入“工具菜单”
  2. Select Internet Options
  3. Click the Security Tab
  4. Select Internet icon
  5. 如果此区域的安全级别设置为高, 单击并拖动滚动条到中高
  6. Click Apply
  7. Click on the Trusted sites icon
  8. Click on Sites
  9. Type aces.d3africa.net and click Add
  10. Click Close
  11. Click Apply and OK

Network Firewall Settings

如果从其他机构访问ACES和Alamo注册模块, 请咨询您当地的IT网络管理员，以确保这些端口可以通过任何网络防火墙. 如果防火墙阻塞了下面的任何端口，学生可能会遇到服务器超时错误. 

  • 端口4445需要开放，以便访问ACES内的澳门新葡京博彩自助服务系统. 学生使用自助服务来查找横幅id, ACES Usernames, 电子邮件密码和其他个人信息.
  • 端口8444需要打开，以便访问infrastructure Canvas使用的中央身份验证系统. infrastructure Canvas是一个学习管理系统，它承载着澳门新葡京博彩的在线课程以及Go FAARR和考试准备模块.
